30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for purchases made directly from lenotos.com, including ordinary discounted items. Items clearly marked Final Sale before purchase are excluded from change-of-mind returns; this does not remove applicable rights for faulty or incorrect goods.

For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, unwashed, and complete with original packaging, accessories, and tags. An order number or proof of purchase is required. Items damaged through misuse or returned incomplete may not qualify for a full refund.

How to request a return

Email zhitu2024@hotmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, include photos where possible. Contact us before sending anything back so that we can provide authorization and the correct return address. Do not send returns to a manufacturer or to an address shown elsewhere on the website unless we instruct you to do so.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible unused returns.

If we confirm that an item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, LENOTOS will cover the necessary return shipping and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. The unused-condition requirement for change-of-mind returns does not prevent a claim for a manufacturing defect discovered during normal use.

Please keep your return tracking information until your return is resolved.

Refunds and exchanges

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you the decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt of the return. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid for the returned item.

For a different size, color, or model, request a return and place a new order. Defective or incorrect items may be replaced, subject to availability.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. We can cancel an order only if it has not entered shipment processing. Once shipped, the return process applies. There is no guaranteed 48-hour cancellation window.

180-day limited warranty

LENOTOS outdoor gear is covered by a 180-day limited warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage excludes normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, improper cleaning or storage, and unauthorized modifications.

To request warranty assistance, email zhitu2024@hotmail.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue, including photos where possible. For a confirmed covered defect, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate and cover any return shipping we require. A defect claim is not automatically rejected because it was reported more than 72 hours after delivery.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any consumer rights or remedies that apply under the laws of your jurisdiction. Purchases made through another retailer are subject to that retailer's return process.
