Shipping policy

Destinations and shipping cost

We ship to the United States and Canada only. Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Processing and delivery estimates

In-stock orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. After dispatch, standard transit is estimated at 7-10 business days for both the United States and Canada. The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is 10-15 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Remote destinations, customs clearance, severe weather, holidays, and carrier disruptions may take additional time. We will contact you if we become aware of a significant fulfillment delay. Any preorder or backorder estimate will be shown on the relevant product page.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email your tracking details. Carrier tracking may take 1-3 business days to update. If your order ships in separate packages, each package may have its own tracking number.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. To request an address change or cancellation, email zhitu2024@hotmail.com as soon as possible. Changes can only be made if the order has not entered shipment processing, and cannot be guaranteed.

If a shipment is delayed, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier and explain the available next steps.

Canadian import charges

Free shipping covers standard transportation charges. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges are separate. Where charges are collected at checkout, they will be shown before you pay; charges not collected at checkout may be requested by the carrier or customs authority.
