About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of lenotos.com and purchases from the LENOTOS store. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the LENOTOS store. Our online store is hosted on Shopify.

Using our store

You must have the legal capacity to place an order, or permission from a parent or guardian where applicable. You may not use this website for unlawful activities, submit fraudulent information, interfere with its security, or infringe the rights of others.

Products, prices and orders

Review the selected model, dimensions, capacity, included accessories and instructions before purchasing. Colors may appear different on different screens. Prices and availability may change for future purchases. The price, shipping charges and any taxes or duties collected at checkout are shown before payment.

Provide accurate contact and delivery details. If an order cannot be fulfilled or contains a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the cancelled items and associated charges as appropriate. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Shipping and cancellations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase. In-stock orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, with estimated transit of 7–10 business days after dispatch. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Canadian import duties, taxes or brokerage fees may be separate from shipping costs; see our Shipping Policy for details.

Contact us promptly to request an address change or cancellation. Changes are only possible before shipment processing and cannot be guaranteed.

Returns and warranty

Our Return and Refund Policy sets out the complete conditions for returns, refunds and our 180-day limited warranty.

Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Ordinary discounted items are included; items marked Final Sale before purchase are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Applicable rights for faulty or incorrect goods remain unaffected.

Safe product use

Follow the instructions and safety information for your specific product. Use hunting and outdoor equipment in accordance with applicable local rules and conditions. Do not assume that a product provides weather protection or a load capacity beyond its stated specifications.

Content and third-party services

Website content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Consumer rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or overrides an express product warranty.

We may update these terms and will show the effective date of the revised version. Updates do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
