Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping. Eligible unused returns have no restocking fee. For confirmed defective, damaged or incorrect items, LENOTOS covers necessary return shipping.

LENOTOS outdoor gear has a 180-day limited warranty from delivery for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, improper care and unauthorized modifications are excluded.

For defects, missing parts or transit damage, email zhitu2024@hotmail.com with your order number or proof of purchase, issue details and photos where possible.

For a confirmed covered defect, we arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund and cover any return shipping we require.

Will I fit with a chair?
Sized for 1–2 hunters on about a 4.5 ft × 4.5 ft floor with 65 in. center height—most solo hunters run a chair plus basic gear.

How hard is set-up?
Pop-up frame sets up from the bag. Stake and tie down with the included ropes before you hunt.
